Prices
We offer you a wide portfolio of wedding services. You can participate in the preparations as much or as little as you wish. Different people prefer different approaches, and that is why you can choose from the following possibilities how to employ our services.
Full service
If you plan a wedding including both the ceremony and reception, we will create a custom-made offer tailored to your wishes. You choose the services you need and we calculate our fee accordingly. We will send a detailed budget where you can see every item in detail – no packages. We will not place any orders withouth your approval of specific vendors (florists, photographers, etc.), therefore you know exactly what you pay for.
Ceremony packages
If you only plan a wedding ceremony, we recommend you a ceremony package. All basic services are included, so you can stay absolutely carefree. It is of course possible to agree on additional services according to your wishes and needs.
Package includes:
- organizing necessary wedding documents
- creating the wedding timetable
- pre-wedding coordination meeting
- assistance at the registry office and others
- translation of the documents
- registry office and town hall fees
- interpreter at the wedding ceremony
- bouquet for the bride, buttonhole for the groom, basic decoration of the ceremony place
- hairdresser and make-up artist for the bride
- standard car transportation for the bride and groom to the ceremony and back
- 1 on-site coordinator during the wedding ceremony
- transmission of the translated marriage certificate including appostille
- rental fee of the ceremony venue
- 20% VAT
Package does not include:
- translation of the documents beyond the standard package – e.g. divorce documents etc.
- charges for obtaing necessary legal documents in the client’s home country
- bank charges (from the total price) 3.5% for credit card payments, 1.5% for bank account transfers
- extra surcharge for catholic and protestant ceremonies
Inspection trips
Still not sure? Come for an inspection trip. You will have the opportunity to see the ceremony and reception venues in person. Our wedding planner will accompany you during the whole visit and will discuss the possible arrangements with you.
The inspection trip includes:
- organisation of all details of the inspection trip via e-mail and/or telephone
- transfers between the airport and hotel
- visits to up to 6 venues (ceremony, wedding lunch)
- transportation around Prague (trips outside of Prague are charged extra)
- 1 night´s accommodation for the bride and groom
- 1 lunch for the bride and groom
- assistance of our coordinator during the visits to all venues
- wedding planning session
- 20% VAT
Price of the inspection trip: 10,000 CZK / 400 EUR / 360 GBP
If you decide to enlist our services we will refund 4,000 CZK / 160 EUR/ 145 GBP
Payment conditions
Our fees are final! There are no extra charges for organizing wedding reception, accommodation or any further services, and the fee does not depend on the number of guests.
Booking deposit is 20,000 CZK / 800 EUR/ 720 GBP. Booking deposit is non-refundable.
Next payments: 40% is required no later than 30 days prior to the wedding day
the balance payment is required no later than 2 days prior to the wedding day
