How to start

1. Contact us by filling in the ‘Inquiry Form‘.
2. You will receive an e-mail with specific information regarding your requests.
3. Choose from the proposed options.
4. You will receive a preliminary quote for your approval.
5. Sign and return the Brokerage Contract with Prague Dream Wedding.
6. Transfer the reservation deposit of 20,000 CZK into the Prague Dream Wedding account.
7. Specify, with help from your personal coordinator, your wedding date, location, itinerary and all other services e.g. music, food, flowers etc.
8. Send the required legal documents to your personal wedding coordinator for translation and processing in the Czech Republic (legal documents are due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date).
9. You will receive the finalised costing breakdown and timetable for the wedding day.
10. For bank transfers, funds need to be cleared in our account no later than 45 days prior to the wedding date.
11. You must arrive in Prague at least 4 working days prior to the wedding date, for a meeting with your personal wedding coordinator to finalise legal documentation and verify other details.
